We love the apartment that has hardwood floors throughout the whole unit, we have washer and dryer in unit just for ourselves, we love the fact that is in a lower floor and we have lots of windows and a nice breeze. Also, the best part, I love the neighbors, the community, and the centric location of it by car or by foot. Also, I like the fact that our building is a quadruplex and my neighbors are like a family to us. This is a safe community and loving people. What isn’t so great about this place? What we do not like about it is that these old buildings have not the best insolation and when it gets very cold, we really have to get bundled up because we are health advocates and do not use the heater. In addition, the steps or noise of above neighbors could be at times noisy. The neighbors are really nice, just a nice quiet couple, but the issue is the building that is old without insolation which permits for more noise than usual.
