Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving to be closer to my new job, so I want to get out of my lease. Landlord OK as long as I find people to agree to same terms as my lease, but will sign a NEW lease. Lease ends May 31st. Cats OK. What do you love about this place? It's a nice clean place, close to almost everything. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, exposed brick, 1st floor-easy access ( I have a bike, makes it super easy), clawfoot tub, huge bedroom. Minutes to Riverbank State Park and Hudson River Greenway. What isn't so great about this place? It's on the first floor in the back, so doesn't get best light, but it's not a basement. The outer room can get a little chilly.
