Private room in Crown Heights, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving out to live with my best friend who's moving up to New York. What do you love about this place? The neighborhood is so cool. We are right across the street from Berg'n, and there are a ton of cute bars, cafes, and restaurants all around such as Golda and St. End's. It's just a short 10 min walk to the C/2/3/4/5/S trains, and it's also walkable to Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum! The room gets a lot of light and is the only bedroom in the apartment with a closet, which comes in handy. There's laundry in the building, central AC and heat in every room, and all the kitchen appliance are brand new. What isn't so great about this place? The building is right next to the S train tracks, so you do hear the rumble whenever the train passes by. Luckily the S is a short train so it's always momentary, and the building has pretty good sound-proofing.
