Why are you looking for a renter? I will be traveling with the family I work for for two months, and I am looking for someone who needs a short-term, furnished place. I’ll be keeping all my stuff there but will clear out some space in the dresser/closet. Two other girls live in the house and they are both great! There’s one bathroom and a big living room and kitchen, as well as a little outdoor patio. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown Highland Park. What do you love about this place? Our house is really cute and in a great location! It’s quiet but still central. My bed is super cozy and you’ll be welcome to make use of my book collection. What isn't so great about this place? Well you’ll be sharing the bathroom, and there’s no central AC but I have a window unit. The property isn’t amazingly well kept but its a nice house.
