Private room in Davis Square, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? Moving out because I got a job in Allston and have the option to move in with a few friends closer to work. What do you love about this place? This place is right in the heart of Davis square, but far enough away that you dont get much of the noise from the buses and people. Turn the corner and you're in the square, there is not a house closer. On top of that the roommates are awesome. Chill dudes and everyone really gets along and are interesting people. Washer dryer are in unit, the room has 2 windows, and lots of sunlight, theres parking in the driveway, a dishwasher, and lots of street parking always available. Backyards got a grill as well for summer. What isn't so great about this place? Kitchen doesnt have a ton of countertop space and the house is definetly old and creaky and not the prettiest from the outside. Landlord is extremely responsive to issues though.
