Available for ASAP. One room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located on the 16th floor. Just three blocks from the 3 train line and six blocks from the 2/3 train line. The available room is a master bedroom, has two full closets, with lots of natural sunlight and TONS of space. The apartment includes the follow amenities: -Elevator -laundry room -package room 24 hour security -(again) ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Around the corner for the apartment complex, there is a grocery store, hardware store, connivence store, and plenty of restaurants. A 10 minute walk to Target, Home Depot, BJs, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Best Buy. About your roommate: I am a female working in the health care industry. Typically, I work second shift (3pm-11pm) so bathroom sharing is never an issue. I am clean, tidy, and low key. I do not bring the party home and prefer a quiet environment. Looking for: An employed full-time roommate that will be able to stay until November 1st. After this date, they have the option to renew the lease. NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
