Private room in New York, NY

I'm looking for two female roommates to sign a new lease with me for June 1, 2017 to 2018 for a first floor walk up apartment in Midtown East near 50th and 3rd Avenue. It's 2-3 blocks to the 51st Street and Lex/53rd subways and living room and kitchen furniture are included. The management office is asking for a $100 application fee per person (includes a credit check) and that you have an annual salary at least 40 times the monthly rent. I'm a young female professional who works at a bank and prefers a quiet, clean and peaceful atmosphere. I'm looking for other female roommates who are also clean and quiet and willing to pitch in for supplies and household items every now and then!
