Hello, I’m moving in with my boyfriend and am looking to sublease my studio apartment on the Lower East Side starting February 1st, 2020 - August 31st, 2020 for $2,035/month. Best, What do you love about this place? I love the location! There are two laundromats, great restaurants, and fun bars just a few doors down. Everything is within walking distance. There's a Trader Joe's and Target around the corner. A little further down is a Whole Foods. What isn't so great about this place? When living in Manhattan, especially in a prime area you will need to give up a little space. My studio is perfectly cozy for me however, it can be cramped if you have guests over.
