I am moving to Chicago in April and have my apartment through July. Looking for someone to take over my lease during those months. This would be for my room in a 3BR apartment. The two other roommates are my best friend and his little brother. We keep the apartment very clean at all times and are all pretty busy so we aim to keep it pretty quiet and turn in early during the week.
