What months are the apartment available for? I am seeking someone to take over the lease from April 1 - June 1, as my roommate and I are relocating out of New York. The tenant would be able to renew the lease on June 1 if desired. The month of April would be $3775, however, the month of May would be free, resulting in a net price of $1887.50 per month for this awesome 2 bed apartment! Why are you looking for a renter? Each bedroom has a window and the kitchen is separate from the living space. There is also a radiator in each room, allowing my roommate and I to control the heat and AC. There is beautiful wood floor throughout and stone countertops in the kitchen. Management is very responsive.
