Private room in New York, NY

A room will be opening up in my apartment on March 1st. It is a living room space turned into a bedroom - NO DOOR, but we will accommodate a divider. We do not need to access it to enter our apartment nor any other spot in our space, so besides the lack of door, it's completely private. It's spacious, has a great view, comes with a courtyard, laundry, an elevator, and is right off the 145th St ACBD stop. It's a great area! Close to grocery stores, bodegas, fast food restaurants, coffee shops, a park, and different gyms including a New York Sports Club and Planet Fitness. We also have the perks of being a cheap Uber ride away from two different Targets, a BJ's, and a Costco. In addition to all that, you'll be a 20-25 minute ride away from midtown Manhattan via the A and D express trains. Month to month sublet, but the longer the better. Our lease ends September 1st, so if you can do that, that would be perfect. We have a very affectionate cat named Francine - just a FYI if you are allergic. She's not very sociable with other animals, so we prefer you do not have a pet. No couples please. We're all in our early 20s, and we would prefer someone who is as well (unless you're pretty chill). Most of my roommates are into acting/musical theatre, so it's a bonus if you are too. We all pretty much work 'normal' daytime hours, so it's generally quiet here during the day and even on the weekends. Need first months rent and security deposit, which is also $745, to move in.
