Private room in Downtown, MA

Hi, I am looking for someone to fill my private room in a 4 bed/ 2 full bathroom apartment located in downtown Boston. The apartment is at 44 Winter Street, less than 100 yards from the Park Street T stop which has access to the Red, Green, and Orange lines that can get you almost anywhere in the city. There are 6 months remaining on the lease (it expires Sept 1) and there's the potential to resign. I am a recent graduate of Boston College along with one of the other roommates, who works in consulting, and our two other roommates went to MIT and work as software engineers. All of us are men between the ages of 23-27. We're looking for someone who is clean and enjoys entertaining guests. One of our roommates doesn't drink while the other two do, but we usually all find time to go out together on the weekends. While the bedroom will be unfurnished, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living room includes a large 60"+ flatscreen TV and three couches, and the apartment also has smart lights (Philips Hue) and a smart thermostat (Nest) installed.
