Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Relocating for work What do you love about this place? I love that the apartment has high ceilings and three big windows providing lots of light and a beautiful view. It is a walkup but only one floor which is perfect. The building is small and the neighbors are all lovely. What isn't so great about this place? I do not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher. I have lived here for many years and it has never bothered me personally as there is drop off service around the corner. The bed is in a loft which might not suit some but I find it really cozy.
