Entire place in Downtown, CA

We currently live in a lovely 1BR/1BH apartment just steps away from Grand Hope Park and everything downtown Los Angeles has to offer. Our apartment is 780 sq. ft. with a large balcony leading outside. We are located on the second floor. All windows are double pane so you can never hear anything from outside as we do face Olympic blvd. Another plus is we are at the end of the hallway so noice has never been an issue. -parking space included -some furniture included as well We will definitely miss our cozy home but are excited for what’s to come!
