My one-bedroom furnished apartment in the East Village is available for a long-term, month-to-month sublet. It's very comfortably furnished and located in the heart of the East Village, just upstairs from the coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and many other fun shops of the neighborhood. Because it's in the back of the building, it's also a quiet apartment. It comes fully furnished and is on the fourth floor of a walkup building (three flights of stairs). I'm looking for someone who would like to sublet for at least six months. Furnishings include: Queen bed with Simmons Beautyrest mattress, Jennifer convertible sofa, Samsung flatscreen TV, desk, air conditioner, lamps, etc.
