Entire place in Manhattan, NY

I’m subleasing my wonderful studio apartment in the East Village which I’ve lived in for the past 3 years. I’ve recently finished grad school at NYU and looking to move closer to work. The studio is located on the quiet residential block of 12th street between 3rd and 2nd Avenues. It’s a quick walk away from Union Square where you can find the 4/5/6, N/Q/R and the L trains. There’s three grocery stores to choose from: Trader Joe’s, Westside Market and Whole Foods. It’s also walking distance to all the wonderful and lively restaurants and bars of the east village. I’m flexible on the move-in date but targeting early May. I am less flexible on the move-out date of September month end. You must be approved by my current landlord but this does give you the option to extend the lease another year if you’d like. Finally, the apartment is available furnished or unfurnished.
