Entire place in New York, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Roommate and I both planning on moving to different locations at the end of the month and need someone to takeover our lease. There are 6 months remaining and option to renew at the end of the term. What do you love about this place? Stuyvesant Town is a great community oriented place to live. There are many amenities (gym, basketball courts, parks) and it is a close walk to Union Square. Great location for subway (L, Union Square). Spacious with two true bedrooms, living room, office/den, renovated kitchen, and much more. I love the location in East Village with nearby restaurants and attractions. What isn't so great about this place? Wish we could stay, but we are both moving on to different opportunities.
