Due to a family hardship, I need to move back to Philadelphia and am looking to reassign the lease to a new tenant, 9/1/20-3/2/21. No deposit is needed and you will keep the current deposit ($2555) at the end of your lease. I will not be bringing the furniture and can negotiate sale of each piece. The net-effective rent is $2130 considering free month; monthly rent is $2555. There is a $20 application fee and management requires tenant to show income 40X rent ($102K).
