I love this apartment and especially the location. I am out of the city and the apartment is available now. There is also potential to take over the remainder of the lease which goes through July 2020. Management is wonderful. The rent is $2,830 but I’m offering it for only $1,900 for May. It is $2,830 for June & July if you wish to stay longer than one month. The apartment is small, yet cozy with exposed wooden beams, hardwood floors, modern appliances, and a nicely done bathroom. The location is also the best. In meatpacking/west village and about 3 min walk from the A,C,E,L & the 1,2,3 trains. Near tons of bars, restaurants, the westside hwy bike path, The Whitney, high line, Chelsea Market, etc - all within a five minute walk.
