Private room in The Waterfront, NJ

Who we are: Currently we are a group of three girls in our mid 20s to early 30s working/studying in the NJ/NYC area. We are looking for a fourth female roommate to move into one of the bedrooms in this beautiful 2-floor apartment from March 1 to May 15 with option to renew with current residents. Possibility for move-in date to be earlier if needed. The Room: This is a cute room in the apartment, located on the second floor, with a window overlooking the courtyard. This room has two closets; one is almost a partial walk-in. This room has a mini hallway and opens up to the room. You will share the large upstairs bathroom with the other girl that is upstairs. This is a 2.5 bathroom apartment. The Apartment: This is a gorgeous 2 floor fully carpeted apartment. There are four bedrooms total; two bedrooms on the first floor and two upstairs; each on its own side of the apartment. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new appliances. The washer and dryer are also located in the master bedroom behind doors. We have developed a schedule where we only do laundry at times that is of convenience with the occupant of that room. Utilities are roughly another $70-$80+ a person depending on the month (might be slightly higher in summer and winter due to central AC and heating). The Apartment Complex: This is in the Avalon Cove Apartment Community located in Jersey City right on the waterfront with view of the NYC skyline. There are amenities available to residents, which include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, outdoor grills, a gym, basketball court, racquetball court, package lockers, and a recreation room (with couches, lounge chairs, TV, and a pool table). If you have a car, there is parking available for residents but it is an additional $220 a month. The Neighborhood: Avalon is located in the financial area of Jersey City, sitting right on the waterfront of the Hudson River. It is just a few minutes' walk to the PATH train, Newport station (about a 15 min commute to NYC) or the light rail and the Newport Mall. The grocery store Shop-Rite is also conveniently located right across the street from the building or Morton Williams located closer to the PATH train as well as a Duane Reade. Bed Bath & Beyond as well as a Target and a Home Depot are all very close by. We respect each other's privacy and space and ask that we limit the number of guests you bring home and to just let roommates know ahead of time if there will be guests staying with you (no parties).
