Why are you looking for a renter? We have a 1 bedroom/ bathroom with HUGE walk in closet. Utilities and WIFI are included in price. You'll have full access to the kitchen and common areas; we just ask that your considerate and clean up after yourself. Parking is included under a tandem carport that is not gated, but secure. The building has a pool, spa and BBQ area that you can use. Location is walking distance to many shopping plazas and stores. We'd like someone mature, responsible, quiet, clean and considerate who pays rent on time. Move in costs will be rent ($750 + security deposit ($250) = total move in costs of $1,000) Room is for one person only, no overnight guests, non-smoking and no pets. We're a nice couple who have a small dog Mia (so must be ok with dogs) who work full time.
