I'm subletting a room from July 17 - August 31st. It comes fully furnished. You will be living with 2 other flatmates (1 male 1 female) who are working professionals in the city. Location in Financial District off John Street. Within walking distance from the A C E R W J Z 1 2 3 4 5 and PATH trains. Walking distance to World Trade Center, Charging Bull, Battery Park, Supermarkets etc. Comes with 24/7 door man and in-building laundry + lounge area + rooftop terrace. WiFi included. Dishwasher available in Kitchen. AC and balcony available in the room (great for the summer!) Possibility of lease take-over. What isn't so great about this place? No in-house gym and laundry in unit (although laundry room is available on 2 floors).
