Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm going to India for 4 months to live and learn firsthand from a master tailor; I'll be back (eventually!) and want to keep my lovely home in the meantime. I can be a bit flexible on timing, as well, to the extent you need/would like to stay a few weeks longer. Perfect for a graduate semester or semester abroad! What do you love about this place? This fully furnished apartment in a doorman building is close to everything - subways (2-7 minute walk to, no exaggeration, 10 different lines, and a 12-15 minute walk to another 5), restaurants (Restaurant Row is one avenue over, on Ninth), smack in the middle of the Theater District (including quite literally on top of the Mean Girls theater), and mere moments' walk to Times Square (8 min), Central Park (5 min), and the West Side's Hudson River bike path (10 min). The space inside is spacious, homey, artsy, and just a little bit sassy - a boss lady's (or man's!) perfect respite from a hard day at the office, brunch, or theater. Perfect for a work secondment, remote worker's paradise, spending New Year's Eve in the Big Apple, and/or having weekend-warrior friends to come visit you. I have a queen sized air mattress stored in the coat closet as well, just in case you have a bit TOO much fun in Hell's Kitchen and need to let your pals crash - it fits perfectly on the living room floor. :) Oh, and I'll of course clear personal photos off the fridge, etc., so you can make the space *your* home while you're here. Welcome! What isn't so great about this place? Honestly, I wish I could tell you there were negatives, but I've lived here going on six years and I truly love it. Crowded streets sometimes at pre- and post-theater hours?
