This apartment is located in Avalon Cove, a luxury apartment community with state of the art amenities. This listing is for a living room converted into a bedroom through a floor to ceiling curtain partition. A twin bedroom will be provided as well (mattress + frame only). The tenant will have access to the entryway closet for clothing and will be sharing the bathroom with a couple. The bathroom can be accessed from the living room directly. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the PATH train on the Newport waterfront, with a direct skyline view of Manhattan. The PATH train will get you to One World Trade in a matter of 7 minutes. Other tenants include 3 students ages 20-22 years old. We are all respectful and friendly of the living area and are mostly busy throughout the day, so there should be no issues with the tenant's privacy or comfortability.
