We're looking for someone to take over our spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights (located on Albany Ave and St. John's Place). It's a gut renovated pre war with brand new kitchen with all full size appliances. There is one XL bedroom that can more than comfortably fit a king bed. The other bedroom is medium-size and can fit a queen bed. Ample living and dining space, separate from the kitchen. Great closet space (big closets in each bedroom, plus linen closet and coat closet in the main living areas). Unit is rear facing in a large coop style building with elevator (however, we're on the 2nd floor near the stairs, so rarely ever use it). The apartment is 2 blocks from lovely Eastern Parkway and in easy walking distance to the 3, 4, and 5 trains. You will be signing a new lease with management on 3/1 (semi-flexible on date). To sign a new lease, management requires you to make 40x the rent or have a guarantor that makes 80x the rent. We're also open to longer-term sublet.
