Hello! Looking to fill one room in a 4BR apartment overlooking the East River in East Harlem. Apartment is an elevator building with laundry on the first floor. It is one block away from the supermarket and close to many restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores. It is an 8 minute walk to both the 6 train on 103rd street and the Q train on 96th street. Room is a great size (queen bed pictured), amazingly priced and has natural lighting and great views. The closet is sizeable and will comfortably fit most wardrobes. Apartment includes shared kitchen, living room, full bathroom and half bathroom. Current roommates include three working professional males who are often busy and rarely home. They are in their mid 20s and early 30s. We are all close friends and grew up together so we are looking to add someone to our already welcoming and comfortable environment. My brother is one of the roommates and is a foodie so if you're nice to him he might make you some of his world famous Creme Brulee French Toast :) We are very clean and relaxed, respecting each others privacy and the shared space within the apartment. Looking for 3 month sublet with the possibility of re-signing the lease in May. No security. Just pay the rent each month on time.
