Sadly, pets are not. The building is ADA friendly, newly renovated, fully furnished, and professionally staffed! (Learn more here http://opendoor.io/portfolio/eddy-street/) About the layout: The entrance to the apartment is through the lobby of a small boutique hotel which has an adjoining cafe + restaurant. You'll rent a large private room with it's own private bathroom (with a shower and tub) and large walk-in closet! Additionally, you'll have access to a beautifully furnished shared living space and kitchen. The common space includes a gorgeous living room with hardwood floors, huge bay windows, designer furniture, as well as a fully furnished kitchen, stocked with a Vitamix blender, non-stick pans, brand new dish ware, dishwasher, cooking utensils and everything else you need to cook up something great! All utilities, cable TV, and building-wide wifi are included! Here's what comes with the private bedrooms: - New Queen Size bed and frame from Tuft and Needle, complete with pillows, duvet, side table, small desk + chair - Private bathroom with sink, tub + shower with bath mat and shower curtain - A 4k Samsung TV with cable - Large closet - Building-wide WiFi and security Rent includes cable, wifi, and all utilities and is $1800/month when signing a year long lease. Short term leases (2 month minimum) are available at $1950/month. We also have a few discounted rooms available. There is no laundry on-site but there is a laundromat 2 doors down. The Vibe: The Eddy Annex community is an inclusive and diverse group of folks from all different backgrounds and cultures. As a community, we get excited about creating positive social impact both in and out of the building through sharing meals, adventuring (whether it be to a grocery store or on a hike), volunteering together, and actively encouraging each other to grow in our individual journeys. We embrace this and help others to have a positive outlook on our immediate surroundings as we feel there's a real sense of community and togetherness that you can feel as you walk down the street. About Us: D and A are our two Community Coordinators that live on-site and organize everything from shared meals, to repairs, to outings out in and out of the town. D's passionate about supporting local, ethical organizations and developing supportive communities + housing opportunities that empower people to be the best versions of themselves. She's nerdy about gin and has an ample selection for those who share her love for the juniper spirit! A has a passion for aviation and is striving to be a commercial airline pilot. He loves volunteering and is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever possible. He also knows the ins-and-outs of how to transport nuclear waste on an industrial scale!
