Why are you looking for a renter? I love this apartment, but I have accepted a job for the summer that is in Eastern Long Island and it simply doesn't make sense to keep it. What do you love about this place? I love the location. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Dog/kid friendly. The apartment is big and newly renovated. Brand new appliances and finishes. A big thing for my is the w/d in the apartment! It changes everything. It's close to the Gates Ave JMZ subway line. The landlord is never around and has never once bothered us, which I love. But if you need something they respond almost immediately, which I also love. What isn't so great about this place? The building is a little run down (stairs/hallways), but the apartment itself is brand new. I have been working in Chelsea and the commute is sometimes annoying/longer than expected.
