About the room: -A fully furnished room available for rent in a 2 bedroom/1 bath in Stuytown for a maximum of 3.5 months. -Price: $2200 + security deposit which will be refunded in full as long as apartment is left in the same condition it was rented --Dates available: October 1, 2018 to January 15, 2019 Includes: -A queen size bed (bedding, blanket etc NOT included), a closet, a large dresser and vanity in the room - furniture and closet will be emptied for occupant -Electricity, Gas, Heat, Air Conditioner, Water and Wifi is included in the rent -Laundry room is one floor below -Direct views to garden and fountain from the room and the apartment -Concierge services available directly with apartment mgmt with additional service fees (I.e., maid services, wash and fold with free pickup and delivery, package collection etc.) About the roommate requirement: -You will be sharing the apartment with a young professional, male, in his early 30s (he is an excellent roommate!) -Looking for a NON-SMOKER (Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and room) -Also looking for a respectful, clean and responsible occupant About the neighborhood: -Stuytown is a beautiful and green neighborhood with private parks, a cafe, farmer's market and other great amenities such as volleyball, tennis and bocce ball courts (check out Stuytown, https://www.stuytown.com/photos). -A gym on-site and within a 5m walking distance from the apt. -There are plenty of fun events that take place in the summer such as concerts on the lawn, movie nights, weekend farmer's market and more.
