Private room in Flushing, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Love NYC but have to go back home due to family reasons, Beautiful room with 2 great roommates hate to give it up but unfortunately I'm needed else where. Best part of the remainder of this lease is the last month is free and that condtion will be passed on. What do you love about this place? Quiet neighborhood, everything you need from bars to grocery's is in walking distance. Fully renovated apartment so all new fixtures and awesome A/C and Heat. What isn’t so great about this place? My roommate does have a dog, a dachshund, I'm personally not a huge fan of dogs but he is a very nice dog, well behaved, not in your face. Only downside is unavoidable dog things, hair, and toys. If you love dogs however you and Nightwing will make great friends (he adored me :P) Please note that this unit cannot take any more pets.
