Why are you looking for a renter? I found a great job opportunity in another city which is unfortunately making me move! What do you love about this place? It feels so new! I love the fact that its fully renovated, I also cook a lot and the kitchen being so clean and new is a godsend! I also really like the fact that we have space since its so hard to find in new york. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly, I would say the only real issue is that we have the lightrail going in front of the apartment so you can hear it when it runs by. (But it is barely noticeable) I am looking to get someone to take over my lease in this beautifully renovated and nicely located apartment in Jersey City. Ideally looking for a male, working professional in their 20's to take over my lease and live with my current roommate (he's a recent grad in his early 20's working in software industry). Amenities Include: - In unit washer dryer - Centralized Air conditioning - plenty of storage space - renovated hardwood floors - renovated kitchen with full Dish washer, Induction stove top and artisanal oven. - 24 hour Doorman in front - Gym in the building - Accessible parking if need be (otherwise street parking is available) - On the water! - Elevator accessible
