Private room in Mission District, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I have an extra furnished room in my upper level flat in the Mission and am looking for a quiet roommate to sublet temporarily. What do you love about this place? The location is very good in a sunny part of the city, near 20th/Bryant. You basically get the half bathroom to yourself, I won't use it unless you're in the shower. Housemates split utilities, your share is about $80 What isn't so great about this place? There is no room for a bike. The house is also very old and walls are thin, sound travels easily. Bathrooms are tiny.
