Looking for someone to take over my lease from mid July to Sept 22nd, with the option to renew. The apartment is in phase 3 of Avalon Mission Bay, located across from 2 muni stops, the Caltrain station and a Safeway. It is also walking distance to AT&T park, SoMa and FiDi. You will be taking over the master bedroom with an en-suite private bathroom and a full size walk-in closet. The apartment is recently renovated, furnished and you will be living with a female roommate that occupies the other bedroom. W/d in unit and parking available (extra cost). Females preferred! Rent is $2448 a month, with it you will get access to a gym, 24 hour concierge, game room with climbing wall and ping pong table, indoor basketball court, resident lounges, courtyard with communal bbq grills and free weekly group exercise classes.
