Why are you looking for a renter? Looking to sublease my furnished studio apartment from August-December! I am a student and do not need my apartment for the rest of the lease. What do you love about this place? *hit "view photos" to scroll through photos- otherwise they're cropped poorly!* This apartment is in a great location (in the Theater District in a beautiful doorman building. Building amenities include laundry on every floor as well as a gym in the basement. Included in this apartment will be: Bed, Couch, Rugs, Coffee table, TV, TV table, Side table, Lamps, Kitchen cookware essentials, AC / Heating unit, Full kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas stove), WiFi. What isn't so great about this place? I love this building and apartment- I would stay forever if I could!
