Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving into a new apartment in August, but my lease doesn't end until September 1 so I am looking for someone to sublet my room in this 3BR during August. If you'd like the room/apartment for longer, you can take over the lease for the next 12 months starting in September. What do you love about this place? The bedroom itself is spacious, being able to fit queen size bed with additional furniture such as a desk, chair, or dresser, and the living room is also large and furnished with a projector. This room in the apartment, specifically, also has access to a private bathroom and private full closet. The kitchen is full furnished with a fridge, dishwasher, pots/pans/utensils, etc. The building is very nice with a gym, laundry, rooftop, lounge area and dry cleaning. The location is also very central with very easy and accessible transportation right below the building. Utilities and Wifi included. What isn't so great about this place? My roommates are not often around.
