Why are you looking for a renter? Located near coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and a 5 min walk to JMZ (Myrtle-Broadway), this private room in a two bedroom apt is convenient and cozy. The room comes furnished with a bed, side table, AC unit, wall shelves, and wall mounted smart TV. The closet has a great amount of space with extra storage cabinets overhead. The living room is furnished with a couch and a smart TV. The kitchen includes granite counter tops and a dishwasher. Roof access is also available. What do you love about this place? It's very convenient! There are 3 grocery stores within 5-10 minute walking distance. Plenty of tasty restaurants and coffee shops near by. It has a great built in closet and extra storage space above the closet and in the living room. Great exposed brick wall and hard wood floors. Lots of bathroom storage as there is a 6 shelf cabinet. What isn't so great about this place? The door bell does not work, but you can still buzz people into the building. The mail is usually set on top of the mailboxes instead of inside of them, but there hasn't been a problem of not receiving any mail or mail being stolen. In the winter, the space can become warm since there are two radiators in the main living area and a radiator in each room. Occasionally will see bugs, but who doesn't in NYC?
