Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from March through June 31. This is ideal especially if you have just moved to New York, want to have an effortless move in and are eager to meet new people. The room available is in the top floor. You will share a bathroom and a kitchenette with two lovely ladies. You will have access to all the common areas: main kitchen, living room, basement lounge, backyard and rooftop.
