Why are you looking for a renter? Our female French roommate returned home. We seek another curious adventurer for our international house of three :) We're well traveled, working professionals in our early 30s who love everything Williamsburg and the surrounds have to offer. Bushwick, LES, and East Village are just a hop away, and all this for $1333 a month. * 1 room in 3 bedroom apt. * No pets. * Utilities ~$50. * Building is your usual NYC walkup. * Near S 3rd & Driggs. * Walk to Bedford L or Marcy JM. * Furnished with bed and drawers. Space for a small desk and shelves. * No closet, but we have a closet right outside your room with space. * No laundry in building. Laundromat w/ dropoff on corner. * Cleanliness is important. * Your roommates are two Indian and American guys working in tech (more info below). We're looking for a roommate who is friendly and clean. We don't have to be best friends but we don't have to be strangers either. First roommate: Male, early 30s, works in tech, Indian, lived in the US for several years now. Outgoing, recently traveled to Laos Vietnam and China, goes on long runs, keeps fairly regular hours. Interests are travel, community, and anthropology. Second roommate: Male, early 30s, American and speaks Greek, works at a startup. Interests are improving education in schools, ed tech startups, psychology and cognition. Enjoys stand-up and shows. We tend to keep fairly busy, and find time to get dinner or a drink every so often. We keep things quiet during the week, but have folks over for the occasional pregame/party on weekends.
