Private room in Long Island City, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am out of the country for a while therefore I am looking for someone to takeover my lease OR sublease it for a few months. The lease is valid until November 11, 2020. My current roommate is a lovely lady in her early 20's who works full-time in Midtown Manhattan. She would prefer a female roommate. What do you love about this place? Everything! It is 5-10 mins away from Midtown Manhattan with subway and car. It's right next to subway lines E, M, R, N, W, 7, 4 and 5. It's fully furnished, has in-unit washer and dryer, weekly housekeeping, wifi included as well as common areas that include an indoor pool, fitness center, rooftop lounge and deck, and weekly free fitness classes. Also the furniture is multi purpose so the bed can become a sofa and a desk can be lifted from underneath, which is all pretty cool! What isn't so great about this place? Nothing really. Can't think of anything.
