Extremely convenient if you work in SoMa or downtown and don't have a car. A cleaner comes twice a month and building maintenance is fast and professional if something goes wrong. A male start up entrepreneur working in ecommerce and fitness in his 20s will be your roommate. He tends to be gone until late at night and is quiet and clean. What isn't so great about this place? It's in downtown San Francisco, with all the downsides of that.
