Great concert halls, bowling, movie theaters, etc. The building is one block from McCarren Park, which hosts a great farmers market every Saturday. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and we only share one wall with a neighbor. The apt gets GREAT natural light from morning to night, and it's quiet as it faces the courtyard. Washer and dryer are in-unit, as well as dishwasher. Hardwood floor means it's easy to keep clean. Heating and AirCon work perfectly to keep the apt at the desired temps. 24/7 Building Concierge will deliver packages to the apartment and welcome any visitors with a smile! Apartment comes FURNISHED with a KING bed, living room furniture, kitchen and cooking supplies. What isn’t so great about this place? The L gets crowded on weekdays. Other than that, seriously NO complaints.
