Looking for a short-term subletter (1 month minimum) to take my current roommate's place, May 1 or after. Room is spacious enough that my roommate has plenty of space to do a Barry's or yoga digital workout. Room has private 1/2 bathroom and in-room heating and A/C unit. Full bathroom, large shared kitchen and living space shared with one roommate. The space Building has friendly 24/7 doormen, laundry room, bike room, dry cleaning valet (closed during COVID), gym (closed during COVID), outdoor terrace (closed during COVID). Getting around Next to the M11 bus stop and a couple of blocks from Hudson Yards (and the 7 train). ~7 minute walk to Penn Station and ~5 minute walk to Port Authority. Close to multiple Citi Bike stations and the West Side Highway. Near a Brooklyn Fare (grocery store), Duane Reade, with a Whole Foods scheduled to open soon a couple blocks away. Also, the Equinox @ Hudson Yards once it reopens. About Me A post-MBA female coming from finance and now working in consumer / health start-ups. The extras Given COVID, I will be working from home for the foreseeable future.
