Why are you looking for a renter? i'm moving uptown for school. Looking for someone to take the last 2 months (Jan. and Feb.) of my lease. I will leave all the furnitures there and pick them up afterwards. What do you love about this place? Great location. It's on the corner of 47 & 8th. Easy access to all subway lines. You can't beat the view from 2 large windows. They overlook Hudson river and New Jersey. What isn't so great about this place? valet is only between 7am-7pm.
