Entire place in Downtown Brooklyn, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My husband and I are relocating to Washington D.C., and while we love our apartment and sad to leave it, we definitely don't want to pay rent in both places! What do you love about this place? This apartment is exceptional and far and away the best option that I found after over 8 months of search in and around Brooklyn. The apartment is nothing short of stunning 1280+ sq ft., which includes two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, 11 ft. ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, two massive terraces with one off the master bedroom featuring Statute of Liberty views, Bosch appliances, floor to ceiling windows with custom window treatments, central a/c and heat, and modern condo-grade finishes. What isn't so great about this place? Two elevators in a 28 floor building, however, we've never been impacted by it!
