Hi all! I will be away for three months working on a project and would love for someone to take over my room from February 17- May 19. We are looking for a responsible person to take the room. We are open to all. No pets or smokers, please. Gorgeous bright guest room available with your own spacious bathroom. The room also has a large balcony, walk-in closet, and television. There is a master bedroom on the other end of the apartment for my roommate. She will be here in the apartment while I am away. The apartment has dark hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, central air and heat, stainless steel dishwasher, and stainless steel fridge. The Internet and utilities are included in the price. Located in Woodland Hills, the apartment is close to three targets, two Trader Joes, several Ralph's stores, Whole Foods, Westfield Mall, the brand new West Village shopping center, LA Fitness, two 24 Hour Fitness gyms, restaurants, and more. The apartment complex is gated and includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor showers, a business center, a two-floor gym, and more. Parking spot is available. No deposit is required but you will need to go through a background check with the managers. No credit check is needed.
