Entire place in Kensington, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? 2 young adults moving out due to changes in job/work What do you love about this place? My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over the lease of our cozy and very spacious two bedroom Brooklyn (Kensington/Ditmas Park) apartment starting mid-end of January (dates flexible). The rooms are huge (larger one is approximately 10' x 11', smaller one is 9' x 10') and have built in closets with great sunlight. The apartment has a massive and beautifully sunlit living room + kitchen and is close to the F, G, and Q. Train into downtown Manhattan takes 25-30 minutes. There are many nearby grocery markets, bodegas, nice restaurants, and cafes, and the apartment has a laundromat just next door. Very quiet and extremely safe neighborhood. Willing to leave a few pieces of furniture behind for free or for sale. What isn't so great about this place? The commute to my work place (on 23rd St) is about 40-45 minutes one way (although getting to the first Manhattan stop on the F only takes 25 minutes). It's a quiet neighborhood, which is great for some but we are looking to move to areas that have a bit more going on - in terms of activities and night life.
