Available March 1: Furnished huge master true bedroom in prime-location Gramercy Park on a month-to-month sublease. Looking for females in their early to mid-twenties to rent. Would prefer to rent out as early as Feb 21st at a pro-rated rate. Rent will be $1700/month (including utilities & internet). I'm showing the apartment from 7-9pm on Monday, February 19th - if you're interested and this time does not work for you please let me know. Apartment Details: Private bedroom in a four bedroom two story loft (2 bathrooms). The apartment is located at 24th between 2nd and 3rd and is shared between 4 girls total (all in their mid-twenties working 9-7pm jobs). It's an elevator building with in-building laundry. We're on the fourth floor so you can also walk up. As far as the location goes, it's prime. Quick walk to the 23rd Street subway stations, and a quick cab/bus to East Village/LES/Soho for night life. Situation: I'm headed to Europe for work for 1-4 months (I will have further details on my stay towards end of March). I am hoping to rent out my room one month at a time, depending on my project length.
