Entire place in Beacon Hill, MA

Why are you looking for a renter? I moved to this location when I accepted a job in Boston. Now I'd like to move to an apartment that's closer to my girlfriend and her family. The apartment and the location are great for me (and the commute to work is 10/10 both ways), but not for her. What do you love about this place? Quiet bedroom faces away from the street, two minute walk to the MGH stop, walking distance to Boston Commons, Chinatown, practically everything else. If you want to explore everything Boston, it's an amazing location. What isn't so great about this place? Bass from bar on bottom floor is audible on weekend nights. No laundry on site but there is one right around the corner (which also does cheap drop off/pickup if you're into that).
