We have a full floor apartment on 7th Ave in Park Slope, with two rooms for you to rent for 1280/month. A cosy bedroom with your own living room makes this a great deal for such an amazing area. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom and (yet another) shared living room! Available Sept. 1st for a 1 year lease! The bedroom has a window with ac unit and a decent closet - your living room has huge closet space the length of the room. The bedroom will not be furnished but you are welcome to keep the furnishing in the other room (sofa and table). The neighborhood is beautiful, 7th Ave is lined with restaurants, coffee shops, stores, pharmacy, grocery, anything you need. The F & G trains at the 7th Ave station is a one minute walk. The R train is also a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Prospect park is two blocks away. We are 2 professionals in our 30s who work 8-6 schedules. We are easy to get along with and are very open and accommodating. We like to share wine or dinner together here and there, but also respect each other's busy schedules. We're hoping to find someone with a similar vibe!
