Hi! I'm moving back home for a job and need to sublet my room. The apartment: newly renovated, in a modern elevator building, gym in basement, washer+dryer+dishwasher in unit, 24/7 doorman+super responsive maintenance people and building manager, full kitchen with oven/stove/microwave/built in fridge etc.. The room: master bedroom with huge walk in closet, built in AC/heater, loft layout with lots of privacy, fully furnished with pretty much brand new furniture I bought in June when I moved in The location: is great lol. Walking distance to Union Square, 5mins from a Westside market, 2 blocks from the 6 at 23rd st, 3 blocks from the QRW at 23rd st, quiet street so there's no street noise, CVS literally downstairs You: my roomie is staying so you'll need to be female and a student or young professional and get along with her. The property managers will be running a background check as well so don't be a shady fk Move in date early January, move out date is June 30 2020 with option to resign
